Had an issue where I was unable to view my data balance. I made use of the 8ta chat service to talk to the consultant. The service was excellent, and when I requested a call back it happened in less than 10 seconds. That is how customer service should be, and Telkom Mobile/8.ta definitely sets the standard for good service!
