Over charging

I am very much disappointed with MTN, they sent me a R600 bill for data use, my total bill came to R1000. I have inserted the MTN SIM card in my iPad and during the day I use the wi-fi connection at work, in addition, I have another mtn SIM card which I use mid month just to avoid exceeding the limit. I know my December usage was very conservative and the whole of December I was at work. I don't whatcha movies or videos on my iPad not even to download softwares. I have requested a clarification on why is it very high; no one got back to me till now. It goes without that was just a thumb figure, I can't owe that much, if that's how you do business simply because us the customers there is nothing we can since we are not wealthy to afford legal representative when you sue us for failing to pay you inflated monthly fees, then you are not yet running a legit and ethical business. Be transparent, I want to pay the R300 that I said I will afford to pay. Please either you come up with some innovation to alert customer when they go over than to play a hide and seek games.
