8ta / Telkom Mobile
No service - data service and customer service

Been trying to sort out per-paid 8ta data bundle for the iPad.
Shows I have data but when trying to use it always redirects to the out of bundle site, made 3 calls totalling to an amount of over 30 minutes to the call centre to sort this out. First call was cut off by the consultant after we had report the issue, second consultant transferred use back to the automated voice service after being told I would be directed to someone who can assist with data queries. Third person same story, but he was unable to transfer to a manager as non are available after 17h00, no reference number received either, still unable to use the mobile data loaded on the 8ta sim. Been told that this problem has not been reported previously by any other 8ta users. Same problem experienced on two separate devices with different 8ta sims.
Requesting a Edmund for money charge with no service and also for time and call of cost in trying to get this resolved, which is still up in the air. 8ta service is a joke.
