Virgin Mobile refuse to stop billing my account

Virgin Mobile refuse to stop billing me R50 per month for the supply of Data Services. I have spoken to the Call Centre and the Cancellations Dept on various occasions and they have promised to stop billing me, but bill me R50 every month although the contracts have been cancelled months ago.
