Two issues...
firstly:
I have huawei mobile dongle e173. i had problems a year ago with 8ta where they were shaping my connection to death. after many hours of fighting and suffering with telkom/8ta service agent I got it fixed and all was well. Now after I got updated to telkom mobile I am back to SUPER slow Internet. PLEASE sort it out asap. I have allot of clients as i build websites and manage them. DO NOT send me that stupid 5 mile long questioner witch was designed to waste time or scare away consumers.
second:
I went away to pearly beach for holidays and your website for telkom mobile showed there is coverage for 8ta/telkom mobile. THERE IS NOT!!! only MTN roaming which wont accept my prepaid 24 month 60/60gig package at all. thanx again for proving yourself the WORST service company in SA. you cost me 3 weeks income.. thx.
Please fix my Internet speed. I cannot carry on like this again. you will find my previous complains on the my-broadband site under the same alias.
Here is hoping you do anything. I feel like canceling my business/circle contract we just sighned with you for our offices in belville. Ask mr Eric malgas. I am not bluffing.
