I had applied for a contract and provided them with all of my required information. I was told that I would be given feedback on the same day or the following morning at the latest however this hasn't happened. They haven't sent me a reference number, called me and neither do they respond to their emails or answer their land line.
I am extremely dissapointed with the lack of service and the fact that I have to leave work early and stand in the que again just because they have failed to provide a decent service comparable to their competitors.
Perhaps leaving Vodacom is not such a bright idea.
