Incorrect product & poor/no service to rectify

I ordered a HP Note 650 from the Vodacom data store in Tygervalley beginning of Nov 2013 & went to collect it 2 days later. The specs of the laptop were 500gigs HDD hard drive, 4gig RAM, Windows 8 (to name a few). Upon opening the laptop to see if everything was in place, we realised that it was a HP Note 630 that was delivered, not the 650. The sales rep said that the only difference between the models was the hard drive (300gigs HHD instead of 500gigs). The rest was all the same (4gig RAM, Windows 8 OS, etc.) at R29 less pm. I eventually accepted the 630. (A mix-up at the stores with model id's that were swopped caused the mix-up).
At home I realised the laptop runs on Windows 7 not 8 as promised = 2 deviations. I phoned the store to inform them and requested they rather revert back to the original order.
I was eventually told that nothing can be done to rectify the order!
I later discovered the laptop only has 2Gigs RAM, not 4Gigs as promised = 3 deviations.
I phoned again to resolve it and still no resolution - instead the consultant was told to pay for the 4Gig RAM and replace the 2Gigs.
It's been > 2 months since I requested the fix and still no help/service. I want to cancel
