Telkom ADSL down for over a month

To whom it may concern,
I have been calling the telkom call centre for the last month to complain about my ADSL line being down.
After calling the call centre and escalating several times about my ADSL Line the fault is still not fixed. The call ref #479CRK15123, F180174 has been escalated over 5 times and it has been passed over several depts. Everytime i call the call information information started with the checking the line which they say is fine now the problem is at the exchange. The information being responded from Telkom call centre agents are vague and there is no proper feedback. All i want to know is someone looking at the matter and when will it be fixed. I am paying for a service and at no point am i ever getting feedback on this matter. Please can someone look into this matter urgently and provide me with some feedback and stop escalating and fix my Internet!
