CONTINUOUS DEDUCTIONS

I emailed these May 2013 to advise them of funds deducted wrongfully on my account. 3 July Elma Malan reverted:

Hereby we confirm that your account has been cancelled.

Kindly be advised that we have forward your refund query for further investigation.

We will inform you as soon as the investigation has been completed.

And she has since ignored each and every one of my emails sent at least fortnightly for the past 6 months. The same with [Email Removed]

Mean while since November, 3 months after my complaint, at least once weekly an amount of R290 has been deducted off my account???

The 086 number is a complete fail. I've resorted to opening a SAPS case against this company.

I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ON 0729408081 ASAP AND START TELLING ME WHEN MY MONIES ARE GOING BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN THIS NONSENSE IS GOING TO STOP.
