Deducted money from my bank account

In Nov and Dec 2012 Dail 24 deducted money from my bank account, when I phone them they have told me it was for Platinum Credit Solution. I phone them in Febr 2013 and they said I must write an email to close my account and they will refund the money back in my bankaccount, the account was closed on 11 Febr 2013 and since today and many phonecalls the money is still not back in my account. I have send numerious emails to Elma Malan at Platinum she's the manager she have answered some of the emails but lately she don't answer the emails and I have requested a date when the money will be paid in my bank account but she just tell me it is authorized but no one know or can give me an answer when it will be paid out.
