Yesterday i've send you the message about my problem with Mtn, so i forget to tell you about the other situation that i had with Mtn.
after i lost my phone, i was due for an upgrade and i went to Mtn to upgrade they gave me Iphone 5 top up package then i did same swap its before they could let me know about the then after couple of days they called me to let me know about the bill saying im owing them R42 000 and they gonna lock my starter pack until the outcome of investigation till today but now i got the invoice saying i should pay R350 for December while they still investigating and again they never provide the airtime, data bundles and sms, so i dont know why they doing this to me.
because last time i check the investigations were still pending even today but yet they keep on billing me.
please if you could just help me to clear this matte
