Incorrect Package and billing in my account

I applied for the upgrade on my phone on the 17th of May over the phone and we confirmed with the lady called Zamangwane that the package I took on my contract was R399 a month subject to I stay on my limits and a once off upgrade fee of R105..I received the phone on the 19th just a day after I received my phone my line was blocked, when I call MTN they said I've exceeded my limit of a thousand while the free minutes were stil available.. I called MTN several times taken from pillar to post until I dropped the othed sales lady an email then she promised to ask Zama to call me... Zama finally called and promise to check on the problem and get back to me but never did.. I again called Mtn and they said they dropped her an email again... This time around Sandra from billing department called and said she'll do the reversals on the bill as some of the things were not suppose 2 be there... Again for this month my free minutes are still available but when I check on my phone it sag I'm aleeadh owing R800... I'm so with Mtn.. I never had such a bad service in my life... I regret doing my upgrade
