Hi Again. after i wrote to Hello peter last friday which was the 10th Jan, cell c did respond to my complain and said they will get someone to call me. on Monday the 13th i did receive a call from a consultant telling me he will send a courier company to come collect the phone on that day or the day after. i am stilling waiting for the people to come collect the phone. i am now receiving smses telling me that i need to have money on my account as they need to debit on the 1st of Feb, how can one pay for something they dont use? Cell C have breached the Contract i made with them and i want to sue. cos if it was me they would have probably sent my details to their lawyers. and i would've problably been black listed.
i'm tired of speaking to the call centre people as they always say the same thing all the time.
