Billing Query

I requested 8ta to change my debit order as from end January 2013, instead they changed it from end December 2012 and my debit order was not successful. I immediately paid 2 amounts in for my account and they suspended my line now stating that I am in arrears. I spoke to several consultants and even emailed all the proof to them, but nobody is assisting me and I urgently need my telephone line.
