At the end of September 2013 I was working for a month in Wellington. I bought a MF ZTE 190 Speed Stick. It didn't work on my mac. I took it back and they tried to figure it out, couldn't do it, sent me to incredible connection. They told me to do some updates at home and see if it works. Did that, didn't work. Job got hectic, so I figured I'd just return it when I'm back at home in Strand..BIG MISTAKE. Turns out Cell C is a franchise, I didn't know this. So, since petrol is expensive and I work a lot, I only managed to go there 3 weeks later, 7 weeks after I initially bought it. Only to hear that even though it was broken since day one, I broke it, so they can't refund me, but will have to send it away, it will take a month, Beginning of January came and went, I finally called them myself and I'm told it's in, I can pick it up!! On arrival I want to test it on my laptop but I'm told it's not possible because I need a sim card and apparently they've misplaced mine. They do a sim swap and I have to wait 4 hours to test it and if it still doesn't work, I have to drive back to Paarl. AGAIN..which surprise, it didn't!!
