I recently bought a 3G modem from cell c in the hope that it would work on my laptop at home. this is currently on special 3 gig for R599. the 3g card does not work with my laptop. i took it back to cell c and we had to wait for the tech guy to help. the tech guy did not arrive so the sale consultant assisted me in taking my laptop to the i store which we did. the i store managed to load the 3g card on and i was on my way. when i got home the 3G card reads opens and connect but does not open any web pages, email ect. i took it back to the i store and they said that it was not my laptop but it was the 3G card itself. i went back to cell c and finally got hold of the tech guy where he simply said that there was something wrong with the network and i had to wait a few days. i have now waited a few days and still the card does not work. i would like some sort of response from cell c as to when the problem will be rectified so i may use the internet and do work.
