I went to cell c in centurion mall and bought a 12 gig data bundle for r999... It didn't work with my tab... It would not connect to the internet... I phoned cell c on numerous occasions, they resent the applications, was forwarded to the technical department, without working
On day 6 I took the sim card and reciept back to cell c centurion mall, vincent helped me, he said I would have my money back within a week... I filled out a repairs form, I questioned him about it, he said it was standard proceedure and head office would refund me...
I received an sms saying my device was booked in, with ref number OBF087719
That's not what I requested, I requested my money back, was promised it back... In the mean while my tab is working on an mtn data card... I would like to know when will I receive my money back...
And why was I to?
Even when phoning cell c, I was told I had a 7 day return period as the data card didn't appear to be working... And we couldn't get it working...
