Being ripped off on GPRS charges I cannot stop

My cell is Vodacom through Autopage, there is a huge problem with my account and as I have been monitoring GPRS etc and I am told I am out of my bundle when I log into VOdacom on line it does not make sense and I must now query this account and issue a dispute with them.
I have done everything to turn off everything relevant i9n the settings on my Nokia Luminia 900 and started monitoringit, the following are marked as off on the phone:
1 internet sharing off
2. location off
3. backup off
4. updated off
5. feedback off
6. Nokia accounts off
7. Tap and send off
8. email "attention required" so not live
9. flight mode off
There is nothing else I turn off to stop this high usage that I get every month, I need action urgently as I am not a happy chappy and I feel I am being ripped off by Autopage/Vodacom and something is a money making racket at my expense so sorry not on any more.
