Hello Peter

I have had my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini for 2 months now and has been unable to send any sms's

Telkom's promotional promise on the smartplan 100 is: send 5 sms's, get 50 FREE PER DAY!!!
I have also been unable to connect to the internet and the contract was thus also breached on their promise of 5GB data per month.

8ta's advice was - change the simcard but I live in Nylstroom, Limpopo with nearest town Warmbaths and there is no branches around here. I have also noticed similar complaints on [URL Removed] stated that this WILL NOT solve the problem!

I have had customer care telling me that Samsung s4 mini's can't send sms's!!!?
I'm fed-up with 8ta and Telkom's service and want out!
