Competent personnel able to solve problem

When trying to phone my mother on her cell phone at a guesthouse in Mafikeng, the reception was so poor that I could not hear 90% of her conversation - and that was when I could actually get a call through, or the call would be cut off. I phoned Vodacom in the hopes of getting a solution; the lady told me that my mother needed to phone them on 111 when the problem occurred again. When my mother phoned them that afternoon, Ronny told her step-by-step what settings to change on her phone to solve the problem. I did not have high hopes that the problem would be resolved, but when I spoke to her again the difference was amazing - crystal clear reception! Thank you Vodacom for taking the time to solve this issue, this is great customer service!
