Cannot send SMS since Contract Inception

Since I got my contract with 8ta I have been unable to send sms messages. When I complained to the call centre a supervisor said I should use alternative methods of communication, when I told him I have to reboot the cellphone each time I need to send an sms. Two sim cards later the problem still persists. Telkom said its a Samsung problem, but other S4 Mini users on other networks don't seem to have this problem. I have logged a case and still have not had any feedback. Telkom Mobile have no idea how to fix this issue, but 4 months later I have had enough. I want them to take back this phone and give me a different phone - one that I can send sms with!!! I have had enough of being pushed from pillar to post and don't think I should be the one doing the running around - they don't run around each month to debit my account!!!
