4 months and 5 reference numbers later, we still hav been unable to get telkom to assist in supplying us with new telephone lines. After we continuously call and explain that we are located at a particular address they still go to the wrong address and tell us that the system on which they log our call is sending them to a different address, And even though they understand the problem there's nothing they can do. Can anyone assist? We dont know what to
