My name is Angela and I work for a construction company our phone lines have been down for the past few days we have called Telkom to come assist us but I am not getting any service the only thing that they do is keep giving reference numbers and telling me that technicians are out on call no one is bothering to phone us back and no one is willing to assist me on this matter we are a business and our suppliers and customers cannot be able to call us because our lines are faulty. I am sick and tired of calling Telkom because this is been happening for the past 2 months whenever we have a problem they take forever to assist us. Right now the business is non functional because of this telephone matter. and when you call Telkom you stay on the line for a very long time without anyone responding to your call. This is unacceptable and we cannot work like this, and they do not know how to do their jobs because this one tells you this and this one tells you that..THIS IS NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND BUTPITY ITS OUR ONLY PROVIDER WHEN IT COMES TO COMMUNICATION!!!
