This is a new cell contract.4 day after we received the cell from MTN Cape gate we took it back. The cell became so hot that it burns your hand and then black out. It is a Sony Experia Go cellphone. Mtn said that the cell must be booked in for repairs!! Where is the 7 day exchange policy? 3 Mnths later the same problem! Another month later the same problem, and so it went on, so we keep on switching the cell off. After 12 months of frustration we took it back again for the 4th time. It came back 2 weeks later! We had it for 1day and took it back again. The cell heats up and burns you. This is now the 4th week without the cell and MTN just pulls up their shoulders. Only now a manager at MTN admit that the cell should have been replaced the 1st time when we took it back, and the policy have been extended and you now have 6mnths to replace a faulty cell!!! Why did they MTN not replaced the cell!! I have asked to speak to the head of the repair dept, but they keep on giving me the callcentre number and refuse to give me the email address of the repair centre or the head CEO`s info or email address to lodge a complaint.
