To whom it may concern
This is the second complaint I have laid for the same issue.
I wrote a complaint about a month ago and received no feed back on the matter. I went to autopage in Bay Side today only to find not a thing has been done to solve this issue. My phone is still at the store, damaged, by the company.
This is by far the worse service I have ever recieved as it just seems no one cares.
My family and I feel strongly about this matter and shall be cancelling our 6 contracts that we currently hold with autopage unless you are able to show a bit of customer care and sort out this issue.
