I have never even heard of you company. I do not even know the services that you provide
I have a savings account with Standard Bank and almost never check the account.
After investigation I see that Jabba has been deducting money from my account each month (R 185.00)
I want this matter resolved today. Emailed them only to be informed my ID number does not pick on the system. I am well aware of that because I don't have an account with the company
I want all that monies refunded back into my account and the debt order to be stopped with immediate effect. I tried to sop it with the bank but it keeps coming though. I also want proof sent to myself of the refund!!!
If the monies is not refunded back to me I will open a case.
