Thank Goodness my contract is expiring March 2014

To every one out there

Probably the worst service provider there is. Stay away.

I had an issue with my billing and caller ID on one of my contracts. To make a long story short Autopage started billing me for caller ID which they didn't add to my bill for the past year and 3 months. Now all of a sudden I must pay extra for me to see who is phoning me but it worked for the past year and 3 months. Clearly it is a problem on Autopage's side.

I have lodged a complaint on the 22nd of October 2013. A guy with the name Elon phoned me and what a waist of time. He is clearly not understanding what my issue is. He assured me that the issue will be sorted out and I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Thank goodness the 5th of March is around the corner. Cant wait to take my business to another company as it is clear that Autopage does not worry about their customers.

To everyone that have a Autopage contract or thinking of getting a contract with them stay away.
