I was sold a faulty cellphone (BlackBerry 9360) which i purchased cash. The phone was still under guarantee when i took it back to the store. They booked it in for repairs only to find that it could not be repaired so they gave me a refurbished unit which is even worse. Upon bringing this to the attention of staff at the store i still got no joy so i wrote to the Autopage head office and also wrote a report on Hellopeter hoping to get some justice. I got a call from Autopage headoffice telling me that the problem will be sorted out and they responded to my initial complaint on Hellopeter saying it was being dealt with but that was a to cover up their pathetic service delivery as i am still sitting with a broken phone which is not what i paid for! I haven't heard from anyone since their reply to my complaint on Hellopeter. Autopage has terrible customer service and you definitely do not get what you pay for!!
