My account was debited for a cell phone contract account that was not mine. I logged a complaint a number of times and it always ended up with accounts to refund me but till this day i have not been CREDITED. ITS BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS NOW.
I have sent through all required documents more than once and still nothing.
Can i get my money back vodacom. stop making your profits off robing people.
