Y should I pay so much for cancellation

I need to study further for my future & registered with this institution but when i realise i will be wasting my 2 years studying something that will never credited which i wasn't informed in the 1st place about this.

I need to credited certificate as it allows me to add in other qualification in my life & not always starting from stretch.

I will like to cancel this account & find credited institution but R2900 for cancellation is crazy.

The other crazy thing is that this institution has blacklisted me while they are still getting monthly instalments, can some1 really help out here.
