Visited the vodacom outlet at midlands mall in pmb to pay my account during 1pm and 2pm. now one might imagine that during a "peak" time there would be sufficient staff on hand but no! there were no less than 16 clients waiting for service. why have 7counters for service when only 4 are in use? one staff member by the name of Nkosinathi decided to wonder about a bit digging in his ear with his car keys, must say this is obviously the best service i have received from vodacom! i was admittedly one month in arrears and more than happy to pay this, but was told their card machine was not working and that i should now go and draw cash. terribly sorry, but why on 's green earth should I now go out of my way because your companies equipment is not working?
