I posted a complaint about Voda4U in Clearwater Mall a while ago. It was not until Nkosinathi was given the job of sorting out my two-month old problems, various complaints and two faulty phones that I had the opportunity to experience the kind of customer service most South Africans only dream of. Of course, I hold the belief that every customer deserves service excellence. It is just such a pity that few companies share this belief.
Nkosinathi truly bent backwards to provide outstanding service and I can honestly say I have never received this level of service and personal attention. He made sure to send me a message every morning at 9 and every afternoon at 4 to ensure that the connection was working, that I was satisfied with the phone he had secured in no time while I was waiting in the store (while all others failed to locate any phone or suggest a substitute - for two entire months?) I had told Nkosinathi that it is crucial for me to have whatsapp; working, as this is how I communicate with my daughter who lives in England. On Saturday afternoon, I received his last message to check whether it was working - which it was.
Nkosinathi, you deserve a medal! Thank you.
