I have been using FNB bank since 2002, that makes me a loyal client but all I receive is unfaithful, unfair, unacceptable service from them. In short I ordered a device it was delivered faulty, I called the centre and was advices to return it for replacement I didn't receive it until I called again to cancel the device of which it was also a problem to get he cancellation done, only after I complained on his website I got their attention and the order was cancelled. Months later I realized I have been charged for the device and insurance for the device I didn't receive, went back to the branch they told me to call the call centre for refund.i did call was told to wait for 7 working days it's escalated to smartphone, I never got any a communication I called back aftr 7 days was told the same story it is escalated wait again.this morning I'm told the same story again to wait. Advice what to do to get my money back? I'm tired of waisting money calling that line and get no results, all I receive is poor service, empty promise, no updates to acknowledge that my request is been attended.i can't be banking with dishonest, cheating, incompetent bank.
