I have been trying to cancel my contract for weeks now. Tried calling the call centre but you placed on hold for up to an hour each day then i rather hang up. Then tried the email route [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] as per website and still to date no response. I have no active line with MTN where I can call them for free. All i want to do is cancel my contract ASAP...
