I need to cancel my membership at Planet Fitness in Roodepoort so I went to the gym and asked about canceling/ending my contract. After the staff being short with me they gave me a card to phone/email [Email Removed] because my contract is with one of their partners (Discovery Vitality). At first i tried emailing them but no response. Then I tried calling them, no response. I followed up on the email with my details so that they could contact me, no response. I tried calling again AND AS I TYPE THIS I AM STILL ON HOLD!
Does this call center even exist? This is ridiculous. The only time they will contact you is if they want your money. I am trying to cancel ASAP so I don't have to pay for the following month. I have to pay money for a service I am not using because the other party is negligent??? I WONT. I REFUSE!
