I have been trying since 12 July to cancel my contract. the email address [Email Removed] is the biggest joke ever. may as well be [Email Removed] I am trying claim back fees for my telkom bill (caused by repeat calls to ADT of which non were responded to for 3 months!) and to cancel my contract, but getting no joy from ADT call centre who will only work on an email to an email address that doesnt even return a reference number. The R369 per month for no service delivery since May is highway to say the least. SHOCKING SERVICE!! Also trying getting hold of Mr A Good, the MD. Seems he is hiding behind his broken processes too. Mr Good, meet Mr Stop Payment...
