OVERCHARGING AND POOR SERVICE

Cell C has been over charging me for no reason. I had a Data contract with them, I destroyed the sim card long ago and had not been using it. When I was due for an upgrade I tried to have it migrated to a voice contract to which they said it can't be done a month later my debit order went off & I was over charged I called Customer care &I was told some one will get back to me which they never did (I cancelled the contract), The following month it happened again and I was again told someone will get back to me in 48 hours NO ONE did, so I called again after 3 weeks and u was told a lady by the name of Lorraine was dealing with my case no one could transfer me to her they told me they would get her to call me which she never did. Again this month a debit order went off my account that account has been cancelled. & the sim card I don't use. I put a complaint on this site and on the 30th of December they responded and said someone would be in contact with me but NO ONE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME and when you call the customer care Department they are not willing to help and they keep sending me from pillar to post and every person I'm transferred to tells they cant assist.
