NO servie now for 4 days

Hi

My home phone has been out of order since Sunday 12 January, which it was reported on Monday 13 January at 00:10 by sms. I have a reference number: 173CNK120114.

I cant get hold of anyone on the10210 number, and it is costing me an absolute fortune being on hold using a cellphone, its now been 20 min on hold today.

When is Telkom coming to fix my home phone and the internet? This is the worst service I have had from Telkom in years...
