We are waiting since Monday for a Technician to come and fix our Telkom line. The only Technician they have is in the hospital. It is not acceptable for a business like Telkom to give this bad service. There are suppose to be more than one Technician.
They can't even tell us when they can come and fix the problem. Now we cannot receive or make calls and this is bad business for our company.
