Reinette Maloma, Bad attitude and customer service

This morning at 08:04 I received a call from 0832091507 and a certain Reinette Maloma (not sure if I got her surname right) stated that she needed to confirm and update my details following my recent contract upgrade/renewal. She then asked me to confirm that I am now on MTN Anytime 500 and I stated to her that that was my previous contract and that I have now upgraded to the MTN 750 Top Up plan. She said that she would escalate this to customer service as "We have on record the MTN Anytime 500 details". When I asked who she reffers to by "We" she got annoyed with me and couldn't give me a straight answer, I then asked to speak to her manager/supervisor and she refused to transfer me stating that I must call 808. I demanded that she transfers me and she hung up the phone.

Someone need to call me to resolve this ASAP and to ensure that I am billed for the correct plan as from my upgrade date and that this Reinette is disciplined.

This is not the level of service I expect after being a loyal customer for over 8 years with a very high monthly spend on my contracts.
