I have reported a Telkon fault on 9/1/2014. MY INTERNET IS WORKING BUT THE LAND LINE IS DOWN. FAULT NO: 464crk090114. Due to the fact that this is a business line, we called again on 11/1 and was told that this wil be escalted and they took down my details. no one called we called again on 13/1. the repair was supposed to be sorted out but still not. today i called again and helD on for 12 -14 minutes and the same they are ESCALATING THE PROBLEM. Can they not just fix the line why do we have to hear the same thing and nothing gets done?
