I had my wallet and phones a while back from my car when the took my car keys from my bag. According to the policy as the phone was in my cubby hole it was not fully covered. However due to the circumstances and that the had my keys they decided to pay out fully. Thanks to Reinette for her friendly service and pushing this through due to the circumstances. She has also been following up the blacklisting for me as it has taken the service provider a while. I have had to claim my car keys from another insurer and I can assure they have not been as good and efficient as Reinette. I am actually still waiting for them to come back (Outsurance).
