I contacted MTN the first time on the 29 Oct 2013. I asked them for assistance with regards to the poor network coverage in Raceview, Alberton. Most of the time i have 1 bar of edge on my personal and work phone. i called them about 10 times for assistance and every time they said they will contact me shortly and they never did. 1 man came here by chance, ( They never said he was coming) and did a quick test after which he said he will quickly resolve the issue by adjusting something to fix the dead zone i am in and he would call me the next day to check if it is working. Still no contact!!! This morning, after i had to call them again, they tell me i don't qualify for assistance???!!! Really. I've been with MTN for 6 years now with both my personal and business phone and this is how they treat customers.
