I am a bit dissapoint in the lack on personal interaction with my iuncident of this morning.
I called in at 7.58 for assistance, no response was on the phone for 4 minutes, called again 8.04am to ask for assistance was on the phone again for 4 min. The lady then promised to phone me back, no phone call got an sms at 8.14 with ref HU-E463-01, my call has been logged for assistance. Then at 8.32 another sms to advise company details that will be assisting me, At 9.14am got a call from the company, which was too late as I managed to get my car sorted.
As at now 12.26, Miway has not phoned to check if I am OK and if my problem is sorted.???
Just weird as my previous insurance companies would stay in touch to ensure that complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction and more importantly that I am OK??

Is this the manner in which Miway handles emergencies???

Did I make the right choice to move to Mi Way???
