Beyond fustrated and upset

Kindly refer to REQ:2676644. I spoke to a technician from coverage that tested my residential area. Having found no fault he advised that my problem was not a coverage issue and the I should contact SMC to investigate my account. Your service is beyond pathetic. It was so difficult for me to log a request with SMC. Once again I was referred back to coverage who then referred me to data service who then referred my back to coverage. Mind you I am a professional who doesn't not have time to sit on the phone with MTN all day. I finally got someone on 808 to assist with lodging my request. My relieve was certainly short lived. I was informed SMC would contact me in 48 hours of the request being logged to touch base with me. Three week gone still waiting. I called a week later asking for feedback I was informed SMC found no issue. Called again a week after that this time I was told they are still working my case. I spoke to a consultant and ask for someone to contact me to assist still waiting. Up TILL today no feedback, no assistance only loss of network. Once again I ask for someone to please assist. If you unable to resolve my problem I will be forced to approach the NCC
