Since October 2013 we've been logging calls, sms and emails to telkom since October 2013.My telephone line is has been off since October 2013.It only works in the evening, during the day the phone is dead. I always get sms's saying my problem is resolved but I'm still experiencing the same problem. I went to the glen branch they told they can't help me all the can do escalate the problem for me. I'm very disappointed with thier service, this is also affecting my business as I use this phone business as well. I cant receive or make call. Poor Service
