I had a problem with my internet/e-mails and had to phone twice to try and get the matter resolved. The folks at the centre are always so patient and helpful and although it took an hour on the phone, my problem was resolved! Sorry I didn't write down the name of the lady who eventually sorted it out, but SO happy with the result!
