I have a company which struggle now for one and half mont to get my telephone and internet sorted. First there was a noise on the telephone line. Telkom told me it is a fault by them. Every week I phone them to get the problem resolved but to no joy. My internet is most of the days of from 15h00. Since Thursday 8 August 2013 my telephone line and internet is not working. Telkom promised me that it would be fixed by 13 August 2013 and nothing is done. No technician even visited my company. Every time my lady in the office phone to find out what is happening she gets the answer that the problem is assigned to a technician. Everyday the person at the call centre expedite the problem but still not resolved. They refuse to give the CEO no to the lady working for me so that we can report it further. Internet is important for my business because I get all my communication with Westbank (who is my client) through the internet. Now I am unable to render the service to them as I should. The email address I used to register is not my own but a private email address of a friend of mine.
