Telkom ADSL line transfe

I have Basic uncapped ADSL line service from Telkom installed in November 2012. I am going to move on the end of January 2014 to Deneysville in the Free state near the Vaaldam, currently I am staying in Vanderbijlpark.
Deneysville is about 20km from Sasolburg witch forms part of the Vaaltriangle (Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging and Sasolburg). I have requested Telkom to transfer my line to Deneysville on the 1st Feb 2014 to my new place of residence. They have send me a sms stating that there is no coverage there??? After I have spoken to them on 10210 a week after I have made the order for about 2 hours giving them info that there is in fact ADSL coverage from them, with the phone numbers etc with they didn't even bothered to check up??? or phone??? I also went to their local branch located in the Vaalmall where they told me exactly the same and told me that I still have to pay the monthly fee even if the service is not provided??? Not one of their representatives could give me a straight and fair answer of what I should do as this leave me in a awkward position because I use the internet for business and I still have 10 months left on contract..What should I do???
