I have just discovered that since Sept'13 my account has been debited by unexplained and unauthorized content charges by a business Smart Tech as follows Sept'13 was R6.00 then Oct"13 R11.00 in November R23.99 all those are so called subscriber content and no such has been entered into this is clear case of and. However MTN Customer Care is non interested they simply say contact the company in question. I doubt my bank will ask me to locate the person that cloned my Credit card then used it in Dubai and claim my money back from them this is nonsense and having been a longstanding loyal client of this business expected more assistance. I expect full explanation and charge reversal will gladly spend more money then the amount taken to pursue further out of principle.
